Over the years I’ve written some dramas for our church. They are based on Scripture, but definitely have some creative thoughts for what might have happened with the characters in Scripture when no one is looking.

Mary’s Sword

This is the story of Mary the mother of Jesus and the Apostle John reminiscing about Jesus after His arrest. They share laughs and tears. This drama has a bunch of small scenes and lots of characters with Mary and John narrating.

Simon

This is a story about an everyday guy named Simon. He hates Passover in Jerusalem. The lines are longer, the traffic is horrible and there are people everywhere. When his sister in law comes to the big city to live with him, she brings unbelievable stories about Jesus. Eventually Simon discovers who Jesus really is.

Turning 10

This is a love letter to my kiddos. It’s about a dad who passes away, but leaves a special gift for his daughter when she turns 10.
